For a group rooted on influences such as Blondie, Duran Duran, Kraftwerk and Ultravox, The Sounds has laid the world at their feet.

Their debut album “Living in America” entered at #4 on the Swedish album charts after that their first single “Hit Me” gained air-play on radio and MTV. Before the album was even in stores, the group set out on the road for months of touring to prepare them for their American debut.

On their American tour they were invited to play on the famous Late Show with David Letterman among other TV-shows.
